  11. What a great weekend, best I have been to, and I have been going to Pride from the second year it started. I was a steward at all of them up to 18 years ago. I couldn’t do it any longer, my disabilities took over. That last year I had my partner with me. I offered our services the following year, if I could have a similar job, i.e. sitting down some of the time. My offer was turned down, because it couldn’t be guaranteed that kind of job would be available. (In those days it would have been classed as discrimination). The other was because I didn’t live close enough to Brighton to attend any of the training sessions. None of the Prides each year Prides were organised by different people, the history of which is known by those who attended them at that time. The present organizers who organize the events are amazing. So thanks again. The week end helped me forget my aches and pains, (MAGIC). 😍 SEE YOU NEXT YEAR. XXXX

  13. A request. Could anyone who took photos of myself and or partner, either at Preston Park or Legends and the Drag Queens “show” at The Queen’s Arms, could you pm them to me please? I’m the one who was in the wheelchair.
